About Shopify Consultants

We're the Shopify team brands call when they're tired of being let down

We started this company because we kept seeing the same story: talented brands stuck with slow stores, confusing setups, and agencies that disappeared after launch. So we built a team that works differently. Shopify only, honest timelines, and real support that sticks around.

Numbers that reflect what we actually do, not what looks good in a pitch deck

Every figure here comes from stores we have built, improved, and supported hands-on since 2017.

Our story

We did not set out to build an agency. We set out to fix a problem.

In 2017 our founder, Ali Khan, was taking Shopify work as a freelancer for brands in the US and UK. The same complaints kept surfacing. Agencies charging premium rates and handing back stores that were quietly broken. Developers who stopped replying once the invoice cleared. SEO retainers that moved no traffic at all. He knew the platform well enough to see how avoidable most of it was, so he stopped taking freelance work and started assembling a team that would do it properly.

Going narrow was the whole bet

Plenty of agencies do websites, apps, social, branding, and whatever else comes through the door. We decided early that we would only do Shopify. That one decision has shaped every hire, every process, and every tool we have paid for since. The practical effect is that conversations start further along. Nobody is explaining what a metafield is, or why an app that works fine on desktop is breaking mobile checkout. Clients tend to notice inside the first week.

Launch day is the middle of the job, not the end

Most clients arrive after a bad experience somewhere else. A store that looked right but loaded at a crawl. An app stack that made sense on paper and broke checkout on mobile. SEO work that turned out to be an unconfigured plugin. We fix those things, then stay to make sure they stay fixed. More than two-thirds of our clients have now been with us over two years, which is the part of the business we are most careful about protecting.

What we stand for

Four things we won't compromise on, no matter the project size

These are not values we printed on a wall. They came out of years of building stores, losing sleep over launch-night bugs, and earning back the trust of clients who arrived expecting to be let down again.

01

We only take on Shopify, so every hour of experience compounds

02

You get the real timeline upfront, not the optimistic one

03

Our QA process catches problems before your customers do

04

Post-launch support is part of the work, not an upsell

Our team

Small team, deep bench, the people who actually do the work

You will not be handed to a junior after the sales call. The people below are the people who do the work.

Akber Ali

Head Shopify Solution Engineer

Akber has been building on Shopify since the early days of the platform. He maps out the architecture before anyone writes a line of code, and he is who clients end up talking to when a build turns complicated. He was the first person to join, on the condition that the work would be done properly.

Hassan Shahzad

Head of Data & Quality Assurance

Hassan is the reason launches do not break at 2am. Every build goes through a structured QA pass covering checkout, mobile, speed, and the edge cases most people forget to test. If there is a bug in there, he finds it before your customers do.

Habib Tahir

Visual Experience Architect

Habib thinks about a storefront the way a shopkeeper thinks about a shop floor. Where does the eye land first, what makes someone slow down, what makes them reach for something. He turns brand briefs into stores that convert, not just ones that photograph well.

Tayab Abbas

Lead AEO / SEO Strategist

Tayab spent years watching good products get no organic traffic because the fundamentals underneath them were wrong. He runs SEO strategy across our clients, from site structure and schema through to content planning, and favours the kind of visibility that compounds over the kind that spikes and fades.

Our offices

Three time zones, so someone is awake when it matters

Teams in the US, UK, and Pakistan are not there to look international. They mean a checkout bug at 9am in London is not waiting on an office in Atlanta to open.

FAQ

Things people ask before they reach out

The main difference is that we only work in Shopify. We don't build WordPress sites on Thursdays and Shopify stores on Fridays. Every person on our team has spent years exclusively inside the Shopify ecosystem — its quirks, its limits, its best workarounds. That depth shows up in the quality of the build, the speed of the work, and the advice we give when decisions get tricky.
Both. We work with brands across the full Shopify stack — from growing stores on the standard plan to enterprise-level Shopify Plus builds that need custom checkout logic, B2B functionality, multi-store setups, and complex integrations. If you're unsure whether your project fits, just tell us what you're trying to do and we'll give you a straight answer.
It depends on what we're building. A focused redesign or theme customization typically runs two to four weeks. A full Shopify build with integrations, custom functionality, and SEO setup is usually six to ten weeks. We scope every project before we start and give you a realistic timeline — not an optimistic one that falls apart halfway through
Yes, and that's not a small thing. Post-launch is when a lot of the real work starts — traffic spikes, edge cases you didn't plan for, integrations that need tuning. We offer ongoing support retainers for clients who want a reliable team in their corner month to month. Most of our long-term clients started as one-off projects.
Client stories

What working with us actually looks like

Real projects, in our clients’ own words, from custom builds and migrations to integrations and ongoing support.

★★★★★
Our delivery setup was not straightforward because we had different options for local delivery, pickup and shipping. We also needed postcode rules, delivery dates and time slots to work properly. The team built a custom solution that made the process much easier for both our customers and staff. They understood the requirements well and stayed involved until everything was working correctly.
Qumber Custom Delivery Solution
★★★★★
We needed more than a basic Shopify setup. Our product bundles, product pages and promotional sections all had to feel consistent with the brand. They helped us improve the store structure and made it much easier for customers to understand what they were buying. They were patient with revisions and always found a practical solution.
Danial Store and Product Bundles
★★★★★
Our previous website was difficult to manage and was limiting what we could do online. They rebuilt the experience, connected the systems we needed and made sure the new site worked properly across mobile and desktop. The project involved a lot of moving parts, but communication remained clear throughout.
Rual Website Rebuild and Integrations
★★★★★
We had thousands of products to transfer, so accuracy was a major concern for us. The team handled the product data, images, collections and other details carefully. They also helped identify problems in the old data instead of simply transferring everything without checking it. The move was much smoother than we expected.
Azzi Large Product Catalog Transfer
★★★★★
We wanted to move our existing website to Shopify without losing important product information or disrupting the customer experience. They handled the transfer carefully and helped us reorganize the store at the same time. Any issues that came up were explained clearly, and we always knew what was being worked on.
Venta Shopify Migration
★★★★★
Our Shopify theme needed several custom changes that could not be done through the normal theme settings. They customized the store without making it difficult for our team to manage afterward. The website now feels cleaner, faster and much easier for customers to navigate, especially on mobile.
Lisa Store Customization and Performance
★★★★★
We could not find an existing Shopify app that matched the way our business operates. Instead of forcing us to change our process, they developed a custom solution around what we actually needed. The app has reduced manual work and made the daily workflow much more organized.
Tiffany Custom Shopify App
★★★★★
We needed Shopify to communicate with another system, and the existing connection was creating errors and extra manual work. They reviewed the full process, built the integration and tested different order scenarios before launch. It is now much more reliable and has saved our team a significant amount of time.
